Hey Sweet Mama!
I’m Kelly—wife, mom, cheerleader of your heart, and so grateful you’re here. Welcome to Grace-Filled Mama, a cozy corner of the internet where faith, encouragement, and the beautiful chaos of motherhood collide. Think of this as your safe space with a friend who gets it—someone who’ll laugh with you over spilled Goldfish crackers, pray with you through tough days, and remind you that you’re doing better than you think.
Let’s start with the heart stuff: I’m a Jesus-loving mama of three incredible kiddos who fill our home with laughter, toy explosions (dinosaurs, dolls, and anything but LEGOs—for now!), and the kind of chaos that keeps life beautifully real. My husband and I just celebrated 10 years of marriage, but we’ve been building this imperfect, grace-filled life together for 18 years—proof that love grows deeper through diaper changes, sleepless nights, and learning to parent one day at a time.
My story isn’t all sunshine: Big marriage challenges to anxiety, depression, and postpartum darkness that felt endless. Panic attacks? Been there. Days where getting out of bed felt impossible? Oh yes. But here’s what I’ve learned: God’s grace isn’t just for the “got-it-together” moments—it shines brightest in our brokenness. If you’re fighting to believe that today, I’m right there with you.

Why Trust Me?
My toolbox is packed
A bachelor’s degree in Family Life Education (think social work meets real-life parenting!), a life coaching certification, and years of cheering on moms through my church’s MomCo group have shown me this: You don’t need perfection—just permission to be human. I’m a pro at starting over: This blog? It’s my “third-time’s-the-charm” leap of faith. After years of self-doubt whispering “Who’d want to read your words?” I realized: If just one mama feels seen, encouraged, or curious about Jesus because of this space? That’s kingdom work

I’ve walked the tightrope of cultures
My childhood was a vibrant mosaic of cultures—a blend of Puerto Rican, Lebanese, German, Irish, and French heritage, raised across the United States, the Middle East, and Europe. These experiences taught me early that ‘home’ isn’t a pin on a map, but the people and values you carry with you. As a mom, I want to pass that lesson on: to wander with my kids, explore new corners of the globe, and show them how God’s love and creativity shine through every culture, meal, and conversation. Because motherhood, at its core, is about building bridges—between chaos and calm, doubt and faith, and yes, between our little corner of the world and the rest of His masterpiece.

What You’ll Find Here
- Faith that feels like a hug: No guilt trips or Instagram or Pinterest-perfect piety. Just real talk about God’s grace in the actual trenches of motherhood.
- Encouragement for your soul and sanity: From battling mom guilt to finding quiet time with Jesus (spoiler: it might happen in the Target parking lot), we’ll navigate it together.
- My favorite “mom-tested” gems: I’m that friend who deep-dives into Amazon reviews at 2 a.m. so you don’t have to. When I recommend a product—like the water bottle that survived toddler tantrums or the devotional that made me ugly-cry—it’s because I’ve truly loved it.
- A safe space for seekers: Whether you’ve known Jesus your whole life or you’re just wondering, “What’s this grace thing about?”—you belong here. No pressure, just peace.
Fun(ish) Facts
- I’ll choose ice cream over cake any day—yes, even in a snowstorm.
- My caffeine fix? No thank you!—because for me anxiety and lattes don’t mix.
- I love food. That is all.
- My dream? To travel the globe with my crew, showing them God’s creativity in every culture.
